1st and 3rd Monday of every month	Tennis with the Professor. Starts at 4:30pm, 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. Location: Channing Courts. Drop by and play some tennis with Unit 1 Resident Faculty Duncan Williams - fun is guaranteed (and winning is a possibility)!
Wednesday, May 13	Late Night Snacks for Finals Study! Join your Resident Faculty at Crossroads from 10pm-midnight for free muffin tops and encouragement. Free Tutoring and Peer Advising will be available too.
Wednesday, Feb. 11 Wednesday, March 11 Wednesday, April 8	Dinner and a Movie hosted once-a-month by Unit 1 Resident Faculty Duncan Williams. Spring 2009 dates: Wednesday, Feb. 11, Wednesday, March 11, and Wednesday, April 8. Times and films TBA. Contact Professor Williams for details.
Saturday, March 14	Kungfu Movie Night ("Fearless", with Jet Li) at Bowles Hall. 9pm. Hosted by Unit 2 Resident Faculty George Chang.
Thursday, March 5	Unit 2 Resident Faculty George Chang invites you to the Biological Sciences Panel at the Foothill APR, 7-8pm.
Wednesday, March 4	Dinner-with-a-Professor at CKC. This semi-formal event is part of Major Madness Week, sponsored by the College of L&S. Reservations required: contact mmcortes@berkeley.edu.

Sunday, February 22	Trip to SF Japantown for Day of Remembrance with U1 RF Duncan Williams. Meet at noon in front of Crossroads and we'll go from there.
Thursday, February 12	Dinner and a Movie with U2 RF George Chang. 6pm in Unit 2 APR pre-movie arts and crafts. 7pm Chinese dinner and movie "Once Upon a Time in China."

Monday, November 17	"What Am I Going to Do With My Life?" Resident Faculty George Chang is on a Panel to answer questions about academic and career futures. 6 pm, Unit 2 APR
Fall 2008	U1 Resident Faculty Duncan Williams is also the Chair of the Center for Japanese Studies, which is celebrating its 50th Anniversary. Several exciting events are coming up, including an Anime festival at the Pacific Film Archive, visit by Japan's leading novelist Haruki Murakami, and several symposia on topics of Japanese politics and culture.
